Shipping & Returns Policy
24 Hours Cancellation
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
30 Days Returns & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you have 30 days after the delivery of your order to return an item.
After 30 days from the delivery of your order, we will no longer accept returns.
Refund Process & Return Conditions:
To request a return, please email us at support@approveit.app. We will respond within 24 hours after receiving your email (except weekends).
For quality issues, please provide your order number and attach clear photos of the items that show the issue.
Once we receive your returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Upon approval of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days.
Please ensure your item meets all our return conditions:
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the original order delivery date.
- Any promotional gifts received must also be returned with the item.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered.
- Your return must be sent within the specified time frame (7-10 working days). Please provide us with the tracking number and receipt after returning your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days (bank processing time frame).
Full Refund Cases:
- Product quality problem
- Incorrect order or item(s) sent
- Product lost during transportation
Return Postage and Replacement Fees:
BestBuy Haven is responsible for return postage fees and replacement costs in the above cases.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing time delay before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@approveit.app.
Note:
Products returned due to discrepancies in the description will not incur any fees to consumers.
